Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping for all PMU products. Please check our shipping policy for more details on international shipping to select countries.

Espoir Permanent Makeup LLC is not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to international orders. 

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers.

Do you offer free shipping? We offer Free Shipping on Domestic Orders over $75.00 USD & International Orders over $200.00 USD!
What if the address on my order is incorrect?

Please email shop.help@espoirpmu.com ASAP!

If the package has not been shipped, we can update your order with the correct address. 

If the package has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the order, including shipping address.

Can I make changes to my order?
Please email shop.help@espoirpmu.com for any requests for changes to your order as soon as possible.
Order modification requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled. 

If your order has not been processed for shipping, we will do our best to accommodate your change(s). 

If your order has been processed and/or shipped, you are unable to make any changes to that order. 
Can I cancel my order?
Please email shop.help@espoirpmu.com to cancel your order as soon as possible.
Order cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled

If your order has not been processed for shipping, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.

If your order has been processed and/or shipped, you are unable to cancel that order.
When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed and packaged to be ready for shipment within 2 to 3 business days of the order placement date. 

When will I receive my order?

Estimated Delivery = Store Processing Time + Carrier Shipping Time

Espoir Permanent Makeup LLC is not responsible and/or liable for any packages lost in transit and/or upon delivery. Once we have shipped your order, we are no longer liable for those goods or any transportation procedures/delays.

I inputted the wrong address on my order and the package has shipped to that location.

We will do our best to contact the receiver and ask them to return the package to us. Return package requests at incorrect addresses are not guaranteed to be returned. 

If we receive the returned package, we will ship your order to the correct address. All shipping fees must be paid by the customer. 

If we do not receive the returned package, you must place a new order. No refund will be offered for the previous package sent to incorrect address. 

My tracking number says delivered, but I did not receive it. 

We are sorry this happened. Be sure to check the detailed tracking information provided to see if/where the package as been dropped off (i.e. mailbox, front porch, garage, office reception, P.O. box, etc.) 

You may file a missing package/mail report with the shipping carrier.

I am missing my item(s). Please email shop.help@espoirpmu.com within 7 days of delivery date if an item(s) is missing from your order. 

Be sure to include your order number and name of missing product(s). 
We will ship out your missing item(s) as soon as possible once we receive the requested information. 

Missing item requests made after 7 days of delivery date are not guaranteed to be fulfilled. 
I received the wrong item(s).

Be sure to include your order number, name and photo of incorrect item(s) received, name of missing correct item(s). 


Once confirmed, we will email you shipping instructions. Returned items must be 
same condition that you received it -- unopened, untampered with, and in its original packaging.

Please email us once you have shipped the returned package. 
We will ship out your correct item(s) as soon as possible once we receive shipping updates.

Photo evidence of incorrect goods that have not been used and/or tampered with are required for all inquiries.
Requests made after 7 days of delivery date are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.

My item(s) are damaged/defective.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All inquiries regarding damaged/defective item(s) must be done within 7 days of delivery date. 

Please email shop.help@espoirpmu.com the  description and photo of your damaged item(s) along with your order number.

Photo evidence of damaged goods that have not been used and/or tampered with are required for all inquiries.
