If the item(s) have been shipped and/or delivered to the wrong address, we will attempt to recover the goods from the recipient. Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Espoir Studios, LLC is not responsible and/or liable for any orders shipped to incorrect addresses inputted by the customer.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All inquiries regarding damaged/defective item(s) must be done within 7 days of your delivery date.
Please email info@espoirstudios.com a detailed description and photo of your damaged item(s) along with your order number. Photo evidence of damaged goods that have not been used and/or tampered with are required for all inquiries.

Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received it -- unopened, untampered with, and in its original packaging.
